To know exactly where you’re going.
To make the right decision.
In our latest episode with Rachael Pasini from WTWH Media LLC, this really stood out:
“There is no ‘correct’ path.”
And honestly… that’s a hard pill to swallow, especially in technical fields where we’re trained to look for the right answer.
But careers don’t work like that.
The people who had it all figured out early on?
A lot of them changed paths.
The people who felt lost?
Many of them found something better along the way.
So maybe the goal isn’t to have it all mapped out.
Maybe it’s:
⚙️ Be patient
⚙️ Try things
⚙️ Learn what works (and what doesn’t)
⚙️ And just… keep going
So here’s a question:
