Roman started in engineering 30 years ago, building model airplanes and exploring metalwork. With an Electrical Engineering degree, he joined Festo, emphasizing design simplicity and performance. This led to Quotebeam, addressing inefficiencies in parts sourcing. Prior to 2021, Roman worked at Apple's iPhone manufacturing, an experience underscoring the value of data transparency, shaping Quotebeam's ethos.
