Chelsea Lantto is the President of Trenton Forging Company. After spending 10 years in public health, she missed the fast-paced environment of manufacturing and rejoined her father’s company in 2018 as the Business Operations Manager. She moved into the Director of Manufacturing role in 2019 and she and her brother took over operations in 2021 as President and Vice President. Trenton Forging is an active member of the FIA, and Chelsea sits on the Public Policy, Women in Forging, Safety, and Workforce Development committees. She has been on the FIA board since 2019. While FIA has had several talented women on the board of directors, Chelsea Lantto has the distinction of being the youngest female board director in FIA’s 100+ year history.
