Like many at Software Toolbox, Nicole Knox is a North Carolina native and one of the younger members of the Software Toolbox Team. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at North Carolina State University and joined the Support Team of Software Toolbox Team about 4 years ago. As a Technical Applications Consultant she is often the first point of contact for customers and System Integrators in case they are facing a problem or need help. Her effort and dedication are the reason why 97% of Software Toolbox users say the Support Team is "awesome" or "excellent".
