Megan Weber

With a passion for turning an idea into an outcome, Megan Weber, Director of Manufacturing at Sentry Equipment, found a “home” in the manufacturing vertical. Focused on continuous improvement and a love for the “chaos” of a shop floor, she quickly realized that her impact could be felt throughout the entire manufacturing process.

Megan believes that when you invest in your team, performance follows. She has spearheaded many initiatives with people at the heart of a project. Whether developing leaders, creating clarity on the shop floor, or developing a culture where employees are empowered and supported, she focuses on building strong teams whose impact is felt throughout the organization.

She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin – Stout and can be found pursuing other passions when she’s not on the shop floor. She’s an avid weightlifter who works to build both her physical and mental strength. Megan can also be found behind a camera lens, running her photography business. But where she’s most often found is with those who are most important to her, her husband, her son, her daughter, and her two boxer pups.
