Sales Manager
I graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2003 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. I began my career at the Savannah River Site with Bechtel, working as a field pipe and mechanical engineer. While I was generally aware of automation at the time, I didn’t yet have much hands-on exposure to it.
In 2005, I decided to move closer to home and joined AT&T, where I had previously co-oped during college. I spent 12 years there in engineering roles, with my final three years on a Data Analytics team. During that time, I developed a strong passion for data and gained deep experience with SQL and analytics—work I truly enjoyed.
As the company and team dynamics began to change, I started exploring new career opportunities and ultimately found Wesco and the world of industrial automation. It’s been an incredible journey. I spent 6.5 years as an outside sales professional and transitioned into a sales manager role about six months ago.
