Ashlesha Chaudhari
AI Engineer
My name is Ashlesha, and I work as an AI Engineer in the Emerging Technologies department at Masked Owl Technologies. I completed my undergraduate degree in Computer Science, followed by a Master’s in AI from Boston University.
Currently, I am focused on developing an internal product for MOT that leverages LLMs, NLP, and agentic AI. My work involves building intelligent systems that can understand and generate human language, as well as designing autonomous agents to streamline complex workflows and decision-making processes.
Before joining MOT, I worked as a Generative AI Engineer at Infinite IQ, where I had the opportunity to contribute to projects that utilized cutting-edge generative models to solve real-world challenges and enhance user experiences.
In addition to my core work in AI, I am very interested in augmented reality (AR). I am passionate about exploring projects that integrate AR and AI, as I believe the combination has the potential to create immersive and interactive experiences that bridge the gap between the digital and physical worlds.
Outside of work, I love exploring new places and trying different foods—I’m always up for a culinary adventure. Ice skating is another one of my favorite activities; it’s a fun way for me to unwind and stay active.

Alex Kaderi
Engineer II, Emerging Technologies
Born and raised in Tennessee, I graduated from the UT, Knoxville with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
I began my career over seven years ago in manufacturing as an Electrical/Automation Engineer, primarily focusing on material handling processes in the metals industry. My projects have ranged from fully automating systems such as Overhead Monorail solutions-to designing electrical packages that upgrade heavy lifting machinery for enhanced robustness, reliability, and safety. I am passionate about solving complex problems and find great satisfaction in working through challenges alongside my team.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending my time on my small farm, playing videogames, and traveling the world with my wife!
