Ali G was born in Mexico 🇲🇽. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology. Before starting her own engineering company she spent 10 years in engineering. She started in process engineering and then transitioned to controls. She was part of a greenfield build early in her career and learned how procurement works. She eventually went on to run a UL508a panel shop and spent years traveling the US starting up burner and gas train control applications. Today she provides controls engineering services across the US through her company Process and Controls Engineering LLC.

Nikki Gonzales was born in Iceland 🇮🇸. She started her career as a sales engineer for machine vision systems and mechatronics where she spent 10 years in the field implementing and supporting automation solutions in a variety of industries. She then transitioned to the design side of engineering with multi-physics simulation for virtual prototyping and data analytics in the supply chain such as forecasting and inventory optimization. Today she is building an online marketplace and workflow automation platform for industrial automation distributors and their customers to collaborate and bring some sanity to the procurement process at Quotebeam.
